Should I Get My Hormones Tested?
No matter what age of female you are, in your 20's, 30's and beyond...get your hormones tested! In your 20's, gives you a baseline, your 30's thing can start to change, 40's perimenopause and menopause can kick in (even in your 30's)
Symptoms of hormonal imbalances can be all over the place. From extreme fatigue, irregular periods, unexplained weight gain (especially around the belly), breast tenderness, to waking up soaking wet, or waking up between the hours of 1-3 am every night, that is your hormones whispering to you. Even depression, or not wanting to be social can be signs of hormonal imbalance.
