80% of women will experience a hormonal imbalance at some point in their life. It is very common as life, stress, and nutrition are hard to navigate with our constantly changing hormones. Even a slight imbalance of hormones in the blood stream can cause side effects of either low progesterone or estrogen dominance. Factors such as sleep, diet/exercise, and hygiene products we use day to day also play a roll in the imbalance of hormones.
Hormonal imbalances can start as early as puberty and show up at any time during life. Many time hormonal imbalances cause women to feel bloated, unhappy, fatigued, moody, and unable to lose weight or just feel good.
